Dr. Rehman Siddiqui describes a technique for removing an implantable collamer lens (ICL) in a young adult patient. The ICL had been implanted 5 months earlier due to high myopia, but it was poorly tolerated (e.g., headaches, raised IOP), and it was decided that the ICL should be removed to avoid potentially inducing closed-angle glaucoma.
