Durable Medical Equipment (DME)

Ophthalmologists who provide post cataract optical services and who are newly enrolling or revalidating DME suppliers will be subject to a $500 enrollment fee after March 25, 2011 according to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
