Chicago 2012 Program Information
Join the Academy at McCormick Place in Chicago for our fourth Joint Meeting with the Asia Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology (APAO). The AAOE Program of the 2012 Joint Meeting begins Nov. 10. Joint Meeting General Information>>
Important Dates
| June 27 |
Registration and housing open to Academy and AAOE members. |
| July 11 |
Registration and housing open to nonmembers. |
| Aug. 8 |
Early registration deadline: last day to qualify for early registration discounted fees. |
| Sept. 19 |
Last day to register by fax or mail.
Last day to register and have your badge and materials mailed to you before the meeting.
Last day to cancel with $75 processing fee assessed per meeting. |
| Oct. 17 |
Last day to preregister online. Badge and materials must be picked up onsite. |
NOTE: Although Academy and AAOE members attend the 2012 Joint Meeting for free, they still must register.
Transportation
- Discount information for air travel and car rental will be available in May.
- The shuttle schedule will be posted in July. Shuttle service will be provided for 2012 Joint Meeting attendees between all official Academy hotels and McCormick Place.
- Ground transportation details will be available in June.
