Articles of Incorporation - Define the Academy's purpose and structure.

Bylaws - Contain provisions concerning organization and meetings of the board; qualifications for membership; officers of the corporation and their duties; committees; liability and indemnification; conflict of interest; and other miscellaneous provisions.

Code of Ethics - A guide for promoting and maintaining the highest standards of ethical behavior. Acceptance of membership to the Academy commits a member to adherence to the Code of Ethics. The Academy also has a number of Advisory Opinions that explain the rules.

Procedural Rules - Designate the standing committees and establish the rules for meetings and elections.

Amendments in the 2008 Election
