The American Academy of Ophthalmology Board of Trustees will recommend proposed amendments to its governance documents (Bylaws, Code of Ethics, Procedural Rules, etc) for consideration and adoption by voting fellows and members via official ballot to be forwarded to the voting fellows and members after the Annual Business Meeting on Sunday, Nov. 9, 2008, at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
