The Academy Board of Trustees will recommend proposed amendments to its governance documents after the 2009 annual business meeting, Sunday, Oct. 25, at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Amendments to the Bylaws, Code of Ethics, Procedural Rules, etc., proposed for consideration and adoption by voting fellows and members via official ballot will be forwarded to the voting fellows and members .
