    In part 3 of this 4-part series, the question is whether, in a patient with a moderate cataract and mild Fuchs dystrophy (2–3+ cornea guttata, pachy 645 microns), to perform cataract surgery first, then EK later as needed, or combine cataract surgery and EK.
