This video is part of a series on enhanced techniques for strabismus surgery, specifically a surgical plan that includes antero-nasal transposition below the interior border of medial rectus. This new technique is attempted after considering surgical options that wouldn't correct excyclotorsion in an eye with symptomatic torsional diplopia. A video of the technique is included with postoperative photo results.
