    Dr. Rapuano reviews amniotic membrane tissue (AMT), suturing, and self-retaining techniques and the use of AMT in neurotrophic keratitis. AMT can be secured with sutures or glue, and also can be easily self-retained in an office setting. The technique can work well to heal neurotrophic ulcers.
