This video presents a case of a 16-year-old male with an acute loss of visual acuity in the left eye after accidental exposure to a green laser pointer. His best-corrected visual acuity was 0.3. Fundus shows serius foveal damage with an epiretinal membrane (ERM) and macular constriction. At 1 month, his visual acuity was 0.1, so we decided on surgical treatment of his ERM. At 6 months, his visual acuity was 0.7, and only minimal foveal and retinal pigment epitelial anormalities remained.
