Fraud Alert
We have received reports that several companies are claiming to offer American Academy of Ophthalmology annual meeting attendee lists. These are fraudulent emails and should be deleted immediately.
The Academy manages its attendee mailing lists directly. We do not supply any contact information to third-party vendors or agents that claim they are offering to make Academy mailing lists available. Companies purporting to offer our annual meeting attendee lists are not affiliated with the Academy in any way. The Academy will not have the ability to assist you with any issues that may arise from using an unauthorized vendor.
Distribution/Media Reach
Select your target audience from ophthalmologists or practice management staff registered for AAO 2024 and/or Subspecialty Day.
Since pre-registrant mailing lists do not include attendees who have opted out of receiving communications from AAO 2024 exhibiting companies it is expected to reflect a lower headcount than the actual count of pre-registrants for AAO 2024.

Restrictions
Only AAO 2024 exhibitors may reserve Academy annual meeting-related marketing opportunities.
Order List(s)
Companies will contract separately with the Academy's Member Services department, rather than through the Exhibitor Portal.
