The authors show how they surgically managed patients with inappropriate lenses in the anterior chamber. From their series of 16 patients, they show examples of flipped and oversized IOLs, and cases in which the knuckle of the trailing haptic protrude from the scleral tunnel. They also offer tips on how to properly size and implant an AC IOL.
