After multiple surgeries for recurrent retinal detachments, this patient developed anterior loop PVR over his ciliary body with resultant hypotony. Endoscopic vitrectomy with anterior membrane stripping allowed his intraocular pressure to increase from 1mmHg to 11mmHg.
