Dr. Grewal and colleagues explore the limits of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery in 7 challenging cases: subluxated traumatic cataract, corneal scar with iridocorneal adhesions, decentered capsulotomy in capsular fibrosis, pediatric cataract with anterior and posterior capsulotomy, phacomorphic glaucoma with shallow anterior chamber, secondary capsulotomy in an aphakic eye with traumatic aniridia and a traumatic cataract with a pre-existing PC tear.
