The Ophthalmic Premier League Symposium was a team video competition presented at AAO 2014, featuring challenging cataract cases. The 3 videos presented here depict some of the most unusual, including one in which a patient is positioned face down while the surgeon gets down on the floor with a flashlight to allow an errant IOL to float back down to the anterior chamber.
