Dr. K.V. Ravi Kumar presents a clever way to close an iridodialysis that he calls "the sewing machine" technique. The procedure involves the creation of a scleral tunnel parallel to the iris dialysis and the creation of 10-0 Prolene suture loops all along the dialysis by passing a 26-gauge needle with the suture through the iris and scleral tunnel from the inside out. The loops are cut and tied, with the knots buried in the scleral tunnel.
