Question:
If I have extreme eye pain soon after taking the eyedrops called cyorfloxcin, what should I do?
Answer:
I am not certain I know what cyorfloxcin is. As I suspected, an internet search only comes up with ciprofloxacin, which is a commonly used ocular antibiotic and systemic antibiotic. In any case, it isn’t uncommon for eyedrops to burn or sting, especially if you have a condition that makes your eye more sensitive in the first place. I would try the medication again, and if the discomfort returns and you feel it is significant, then I would contact your prescribing doctor about the possibility of an alternative.
