2015 PQRS Penalty-Notification Letters are in the Mail

Ophthalmologists who did not successfully participate in the Physician Quality Reporting System incentive program in 2013 will receive a 1.5 percent penalty on all of their 2015 Medicare Part B claims. If you did not successfully participate in PQRS, you could receive notification as early as today.
