The Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology ("FAAO"), referred to here as "EyeCare America" or "ECA", is a public service foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. It is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation. The following Privacy and Intellectual Property Policy applies to the EyeCare America ("ECA") site, www.eyecareamerica.org, and any other site sponsored and maintained by FAAO, collectively referred to as the "ECA Websites".
