The Academy expresses its deep concern for the people of Haiti in this time of crisis and turmoil, especially for our colleagues and their families.
The Academy has been working on relief efforts in cooperation with the Haitian Society of Ophthalmology consistently since the devastating earthquake in January of 2010.
Academy Foundation: Disaster Relief Fund
The Foundation's Disaster Relief Fund will provide ophthalmic resources and help our colleagues provide much-needed patient care. All of the funds collected in this restricted account will be used for Haitian recovery efforts.
