    Fluorescein findings in neovascular age-related macular degeneration with fibrovascular pigment epithelial detachment. a. Early phase with mottled central hyper- and hypofluorescence, which increases in intensity through the mid and late phases (b and c). In this case, the fibrovascular pigment epithelial detachment shows mottled hyperfluorescence and the irregular border may contain notches, while displaying late leakage consistent with occult choroidal neovascular membrane.
