What is the Difference Between CME and Points?
CME: The Academy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The AAO offers AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits™ for all activities listed within CME Central.
Points: Points recognize participation and contribution in Academy activities and relate specifically to the Academy Achievement and Senior Achievement Awards. Interested in adding points? You can translate Academy education materials. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
