The Exhibitor Registration website is now open. Exhibiting companies can log in with their company username and password to register their representatives until the close of the annual meeting. For more information visit the Exhibitor Hotel and Registration webpage.
Shuttle bus service is provided between all official Academy hotels and McCormick Place during meeting hours Sat., Oct. 18, through Tue., Oct. 21. Share the Shuttle Bus Schedule (PDF 118KB) with your colleagues. Find additional the information on the Ground Transportation webpage.
Share the Publicity and Advertising (PDF 630KB) regulations with your marketing staff as they plan marketing strategy for AAO 2014.
The Academy has created a Marketing Free Zone around the immediate vicinity of McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place along Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and McCormick Place Square. Exhibitors are prohibited from all street marketing activities in this area. Contact the Director of Exhibitions if you have any questions regarding these regulations or marketing activities.

As an added value to your participation in the AAO 2014 Exhibition, the Academy provides every exhibitor a FREE standard digital booth in the Virtual Exhibition (VE). The booth includes:

The Exhibitor Portal is a secure area of Exhibitor Central where exhibitors can update their contact information on file with the Academy year round, and starting in June:
- Create Letters of Invitation,
- Complete the Laser Safety Checklist,
- Request a Wet Lab,
- Complete the General Liability Agreement for Non-FDA approved products that may be discussed in the booth, Find the Exhibitor Designated Contractor (EDC) Authorization Form, and
- Independent contractors can submit Onsite Contact Form and upload their Certificate of Insurance.
