Welcome to Exhibitor Central, the location for the most pertinent planning information for exhibiting companies.

Floor Plans
Booths have been reconfigured to accommodate exhibitor requests. The electronic floor plan reflects these booth changes along with the booth assignments for registered exhibitors and the available booth inventory.

Exhibitor Service Manual
The online Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) is now available. Log in with your company username and password to begin ordering services. Find additional information and plan your participation on the Exhibitor Service Manual webpage.

Exhibitor Registration
The Exhibitor Registration website is now open. Exhibiting companies can log in with their company username and password to register their representatives until the close of the annual meeting. For more information visit the Exhibitor Hotel and Registration webpage.

Shuttle Buses
Shuttle bus service is provided between all official Academy hotels and McCormick Place during meeting hours Sat., Oct. 18, through Tue., Oct. 21. Share the Shuttle Bus Schedule (PDF 118KB) with your colleagues. Find additional the information on the Ground Transportation webpage.

Marketing Activities
Share the Publicity and Advertising (PDF 630KB) regulations with your marketing staff as they plan marketing strategy for AAO 2014.

The Academy has created a Marketing Free Zone around the immediate vicinity of McCormick Place and the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place along Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and McCormick Place Square. Exhibitors are prohibited from all street marketing activities in this area. Contact the Director of Exhibitions if you have any questions regarding these regulations or marketing activities.

Virtual Exhibition
As an added value to your participation in the AAO 2014 Exhibition, the Academy provides every exhibitor a FREE standard digital booth in the Virtual Exhibition (VE). The booth includes:

  • A business card,
  • Two booth contacts,
  • A twenty-five word company profile, and
  • Eight product categories with a selection of the medical specialties they relate to.

Exhibitor Portal
The Exhibitor Portal is a secure area of Exhibitor Central where exhibitors can update their contact information on file with the Academy year round, and starting in June:

  • Create Letters of Invitation,
  • Complete the Laser Safety Checklist,
  • Request a Wet Lab,
  • Complete the General Liability Agreement for Non-FDA approved products that may be discussed in the booth, Find the Exhibitor Designated Contractor (EDC) Authorization Form, and
  • Independent contractors can submit Onsite Contact Form and upload their Certificate of Insurance.

You will need your company's unique username and password to enter the Exhibitor Portal. Email if you need this information.
