Exhibit Space Application
The 2013 exhibit sales season has begun. The Exhibit Space Application Package was mailed to all 2012 Joint Meeting domestic exhibitors on March 22, and express mailed to international exhibiting companies on March 29. Please allow 10 business days to receive your packet. If you have not received your packet, please contact exhibitions@aao.org to confirm we have the correct address on file.

Informational Poster Presenter Application
Limited Informational Poster space is available to organizations or companies with tax-Exempt status 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6). Qualifying organizations must include evidence of their tax-exempt status when submitting their application.

Submit your Informational Poster Application today. You will need your organization username and password to access the application. If you do not have this information, please contact exhibitions@aao.org for assistance.

Exhibitor Housing
Review Exhibitor Housing information. Housing for exhibitors will open in two tiers beginning Wednesday, May 15 by paper form for the top fifty (50) priority point holders and those companies who secure twenty (20) or more hotel rooms. For all other exhibitors, online exhibitor housing opens on Wednesday, June 5.

Official Hotel Meeting Space
The Academy has reserved meeting space at some of the official Academy hotels from Thursday, November 14, through Tuesday, November 19. All meeting space at official Academy hotels must be reserved through the Academy using the online Meeting Space Request Form. Meeting space is assigned on a first-come basis.
