The Exhibitions Team will be available to assist exhibiting companies in Morial Convention Center, beginning Wednesday, Nov. 13.

The exhibitions team will have limited access to email from Wednesday, Nov. 6 – Tuesday, Nov. 12 and will respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible. Please do not send multiple emails.
International exhibiting companies who used their Advance Exhibitor Representative but didn't submit the International Shipping Form will be able to pick up their Advance Exhibitor Badges at Exhibitor Registration Counters 1 or 2 beginning Wednesday, Nov. 13.
The Exhibitor Registration website will change to Add-Only beginning Thursday, Nov. 7. Meeting contacts will be able to register complimentary Exhibitor Representatives, Guests, as well as review and/or print their list of registrants. The ability to add paid exhibitor representatives or edit existing registrants will not be available. Log into the Exhibitor Registration website.
Only the Primary or Secondary meeting contact for an exhibiting company can make changes to the company’s registrant list onsite. If you need assistance with registering, please contact the person with your company who is handling your company’s participation in the Annual Meeting Exhibition.
Exhibiting company meeting contacts and representatives can pick up badges beginning Wednesday, Nov. 13 at Exhibitor Registration located in Hall C of the Morial Convention Center during Exhibitor Registration Hours (PDF 78KB).

The Mobile Meeting Guide is now available to download to your mobile device. The Guide contains program information, handouts, schedules, a meeting directory and information, exhibitor list, floor plan, special events and much more on the New Orleans experience planned for the 2013 Annual Meeting.
The exhibitor list contains the categories that you selected in the free digital booth by the Final Program deadline. There will be another upload of this data to the Mobile Meeting Guide - don't be left off the category list, populate your free digital booth by Wednesday, Nov 6. Visas and Letters of Invitation
Many international exhibitors will require a visitor visa to enter the United States. Apply early; for scientific conferences, visa applications should be made no later than 90 days prior to travel. The Academy provides international exhibitors with specific letters of invitation to use when applying for a Visa, which can be customized for each company representative travelling to New Orleans.

International Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker
As the sole Official Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker, Agility Fairs & Events (PDF 119KB) is appointed by show management to handle all international freight. Some of their services include the shipping of international exhibits to the show, completing Customs clearance procedures, delivering to the appointed site handling contractor, and re-exporting the freight at the conclusion of the show.

Share the Publicity and Advertising (PDF 532KB) regulations from the ESM with your marketing staff as they plan the marketing strategy for the Annual Meeting. The Marketing Free Zone prohibits some marketing activities on Convention Center Boulevard, between Podyras and Henderson streets. Contact the Director of Exhibitions if you have any questions regarding these regulations or marketing activities.
