Exhibiting in 2013
The Academy welcomes companies from around the world to participate in the 2013 Annual Meeting Exhibition taking place Nov. 16 – 19 at the Morial Convention Center (MCC) in New Orleans, Louisiana. Find more information about New Orleans.
The 2013 Annual Meeting Exhibition will be located on Level 1, Halls D – I1 of the Morial Convention Center. Registration will be located in Hall C. Courses and Sessions will take place on Levels 2 and 3 and in the Great Hall.

Exhibit Space Application
The 2013 exhibit sales season has begun. The Exhibit Space Application Package was express mailed to international exhibiting companies on March 29. Please allow 10 business days to receive your packet. If you have not received your packet, please contact exhibitions@aao.org to confirm we have the correct address on file.

Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitor Housing information will be available online May 1. Housing for exhibitors will open in two tiers beginning Wednesday, May 15 by paper form for the top fifty (50) priority point holders and those companies who secure 20 or more hotel rooms. For all other exhibitors, online exhibitor housing opens on June 5.

Visas and Letter of Invitation
The Academy provides international exhibitors with a specific letter of invitation to use when applying for a Visa, which can be customized for each company representative travelling to New Orleans.
