Exhibit Prospectus
The 2008 Exhibit Prospectus and Application package was mailed in early March to all companies that have exhibited with the Academy in the last three years. The Prospectus' individual sections are available to download and print:
Exhibitor Advisory Committee (EAC)
The EAC advises the Academy on issues and concerns affecting exhibitors. Exhibitors are encouraged to share their viewpoints and concerns with the Academy Meetings Division staff or the Exhibitor Advisory Committee (PDF 72K).

For information about the audience and industry participation, view:
New Companies
Companies that have not exhibited with the Academy previously and wish to participate in the 2008 Joint Meeting must submit a brief summary about the company, along with a brochure that describes their product(s) or service(s), for review. E-mail this information to the Exhibitions Director or send via regular mail to:
