A number of pages are available only after becoming an official 2008 Joint Meeting exhibitor. Your login and password for these pages are available when your company is confirmed as an exhibitor. If you do not have your login and password, contact the Exhibitions Assistant. Exhibitor-only pages include:

After you log in, you will be taken to the Exhibitor Central Secure Page, where you will be able to access these exhibitor-only features.
How to log in:
- Click the "Exhibitor Central - Secure Page" link in step 5, below.
- Disregard the text on the login screen (it applies, across the Academy Web site, to individual members).
- On the left side of the login page, enter your company login in the "Last Name" field. This login is not case sensitive and is the first 15 letters of your company name, with no spaces (e.g., XYZ Surgical International = xyzsurgicalinte).
- Enter the password that was e-mailed to you.

The online Exhibitor Service Manual is now available! If this is your first use of a Freeman online service manual, you will need to create an account.
Be sure to review the General Exhibition Information section thoroughly and add the important dates from the Checklist to your calendar and the Official Contractors to your list of contacts.

Informational Posters are presented by organizations that serve allied health and ophthalmological societies and the visually impaired. If you are presenting a Scientific Poster, consult Presenter Central for more information.
