Your personalized introduction can underscore those messages, communicate your commitment to patient care and help alleviate your patients’ anxiety.

All DVDs are available in either English or Spanish and include waiting-room loop functionality.

Personalization sessions are 15 minutes long and available by appointment. Prior to recording, you will be provided with a sample script to edit as you see fit. This year’s customizable DVDs include:
