Early Registration Discounts End Aug. 13

Save money by registering today for Subspecialty Day and the Joint Meeting. After Aug. 13, registration fees increase for most categories.

Joint Meeting Highlights

• New this year! The Academy Café features four discussion sessions with expert panels in a casual setting. Attendees will be able to send questions to the moderator via text message.
• Opening Session, with the Laureate Award presentation to Alan C. Bird, MD, for his extensive scientific contributions to ophthalmology and the Jackson Memorial Lecture.
• More than 100 hours of free programming, including four Spotlight Sessions and 32 Symposia.
• AAOE Program for both administrators and physicians; includes instruction courses, lunch roundtables and special events that address the challenges of managing the business side of an ophthalmic practice.
• Virtual Exhibition, a helpful tool to plan your visit to the Exhibit Hall, which features more than 500 companies.

Subspecialty Day Highlights

• The Subspecialty Day registration fee includes a detailed course syllabus, continental breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and access to the Joint Meeting’s exhibit hall on Saturday.
• Refractive Surgery and Retina attendees can float between all meetings on Friday and Saturday.
• Cornea, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthalmology and Uveitis attendees can float between all meetings on Saturday.

EyeBuild Project

The Academy’s community service project, EyeBuild, will take place Nov. 6 to 7 in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Register for one or both days when you register for the meeting. The cost is $25 per person, per day, and includes shuttle transportation, lunch and supplies.
