Uploading Handouts, Posters, and Presentations Prior to the Meeting
Posters
All AAO 2014 poster presenters were sent an email with instructions on how to upload your electronic poster. Contact Posters Technical Support at upload@scientificposters.com with questions. The deadline for submitting electronic posters is Oct. 4.

Handouts
All AAO 2014 courses and Skills Transfer Senior Instructors/Directors were sent an email with instructions on how to upload your course handout. Contact Handout Technical Support at upload@scientificposters.com with questions.

Presentations
Subspecialty Day and AAO 2014 session room presenters may now submit their PowerPoint or Mac presentation before and during the meeting via the Presentation Management website. The presentation management system is only available for presentations scheduled in networked session rooms located in McCormick Place. All subspecialty day presentations are in session rooms.

You should have received an email from PresentationManagement@freemanco.com on Sept. 17 with your login information. If you did not receive this email or misplaced it, please contact support@sessionupload.com and they will assist you with logging into the Presentation Management website.

NOTE: If your presentation is not located in a session room, bring your presentation on USB flash drive and load it into the presentation desktop PC available in the room. The Speaker Ready room, located in the Grand Concourse Lobby, will be available for you to test your presentation to make sure it is compatible.

Building Your Presentation
All AAO 2014 and Subspecialty Day rooms will be using computers and projectors configured for a 16:9 widescreen format (1280 x 720 resolution).

Financial Disclosure PowerPoint Slides
Presenters are required to disclose both verbally and on their first presentation slide whether or not they have financial relationships.
