  • Individuals from industry, including representatives of exhibiting companies, may register for the 2008 Subspecialty Day Program of their choice using the Commercial Representative registration category, and may use the Academy’s Web site or the Preregistration order form.
  • The Allied Health and Other Medical Professionals categories are not to be used by commercial registrants for the Joint Meeting or Subspecialty Day. These categories are designated only for those working in ophthalmic practice or academia.
