How to Preregister
Although Academy members attend the 2008 Joint Meeting for free, you still must register online, by fax or by mail.
- Register online. This is the most efficient way to register and obtain housing, with immediate confirmation provided.
- Fax or mail your completed fillable Preregistration and Ticket Order Form (PDF 1,051K) to the Academy. Faxing or mailing forms to the incorrect location will delay processing.

Shuttle Bus
Continuous shuttle bus service will operate between most of the official Academy hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center from Saturday, Nov. 8, through Tuesday, Nov. 11. (Limited shuttle bus service will operate on Friday, Nov. 7.) The shuttle schedule will be printed in the Pocket Guide and Final Program and will be available to download to your PDA from the Meeting E-Guide. It will be available on this site on July 16.
