The shuttle schedule will be posted in July. Shuttle service will be provided for 2013 Annual Meeting attendees between the Morial Convention Center and official Academy hotels.
International Travelers

Check your travel documents and passports to ensure that they are up-to-date for the Annual Meeting in New Orleans. Many international attendees will require a visitor visa to enter the United States. Apply early - for scientific conferences, visa applications should be made no later than 90 days prior to travel.
