The Academy is pleased to offer letters of invitation to those who need them to attend Academy meetings. Use the form below to generate a letter of invitation. You can then print out the letter and use it to obtain travel documents. Academy Members, login for a personalized letter of invitation. Entering information will not update your membership record - use Update Your Membership Listing or contact member services (member_services@aao.org).
