You'll hear expert talks on latest developments in the field, participate in more intimate discussions of the pros and cons of various methods used to assess premium IOLs, and assist in formulating a plan to help deliver premium IOL technologies to market more quickly. Mid-Year Forum and Congressional Advocacy Day
April 9 to 12, 2014
The Mid-Year Forum will be held at the Renaissance Downtown in Washington, DC from April 9 to 12. This annual forum provides an opportunity for Academy members, leaders and leaders of allied ophthalmic organizations to identify and discuss critical issues facing ophthalmology.
In conjunction with the Mid-Year Forum, Congressional Advocacy Day provides an opportunity for Academy members to be educated about legislative issues relevant to the Academy and the ophthalmic profession. Academy members will meet with members of Congress or their staff to present the concerns and positions of the Academy and the profession.
Registration and housing opens in January 2013.
