Congressional Advocacy Day
Advocacy Day 2012 was held April 25 to 26 in conjunction with the Mid-Year Forum. During Congressional Advocacy Day, Academy members were educated about legislative issues relevant to the Academy and the ophthalmic profession. Academy members will met with their U.S. senators and representatives to present the concerns and positions of the Academy and the profession.

Council Meeting
The Council met in conjunction with the Mid-Year Forum from April 27 to 28.
