Current Campaign: EyeSmart EyeCommitted
The EyeSmart EyeCommitted campaign encourages people with diabetes to pledge to get an annual eye exam to prevent vision loss.

The campaign includes an interactive pledge application (widget) that allows users to take the EyeCommitted pledge and to share the pledge and campaign information with friends and family. In addition, the application includes a new video in which two patients tell their own stories. For more information about this campaign visit www.geteyesmart.org
