What’s New at the VA: Exciting Opportunities for Ophthalmologists

WASHINGTON— The American Academy of Ophthalmology’s panel discussion "What's New at the VA: Exciting Opportunities for Ophthalmologists" covers a wide range of eye care topics within the Veteran's Health Administration. The meeting is scheduled for Oct. 17, from 12:45 p.m. to 2:15 p.m., in room S102D.


Hosted by James C. Orcutt, MD, PhD, Chief of Ophthalmology, VHA, and moderated by Mary G. Lawrence, MD, MPH, Associate Chief of Ophthalmology, Minneapolis, VAMC, the meeting will provide an inside look at the “new” VA, and describe the opportunities available for ophthalmologists. Panelists include ophthalmologists currently practicing at VA facilities.
