Joint Meeting 101: How to Make the Most of Your Schedule Issue Index | Related Articles | YO Info Archive Whether this is your first meeting or your fifth, wading through the program can be overwhelming. So, this year, for the first time, we asked the YO Committee and its International Subcommittee to recommend courses and events for three different kinds of YOs: - Residents;
- YOs in the first five years of practice; and
- YOs in practice outside the United States.
With their suggestions, we’re confident you’ll have a great meeting experience. Don’t wait too long to register though! Aug. 26 is the last day to register in time to get your meeting materials mailed to you. Many courses and events — especially those with small sizes, like the Breakfasts with the Experts — sell out quickly. With all the valuable courses and education being offered at the Joint Meeting, you should still have time to socialize. Try not miss the YO Reception — a great opportunity for YOs from all over the world to meet and mingle. Best of all, it’s free! And if you're traveling to the meeting from outside the United States, don't forget to stop by the International Center for your free gift. The centre is open from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 24, to Monday, Oct. 26, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27. | | Residents | Practicing <5 Years | International | | Sunday, Oct. 25 | | Breakfasts with the Experts | 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Moscone West, Level 2 Lobby Advance Fee: $30 Space is limited and registration is required.
