Bimanual Tractional Diabetic RD Repair

Dr. Rohit Adyanthaya repairs a macula-involved diabetic tractional retinal detachment (RD). He begins with 360-degree trimming of the peripheral vitreous cone, followed by segmentation of individual fibrous bands. Bimanual dissection of scar tissue is then performed under chandelier illumination.
