In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Cathleen McCabe describes a squeegee technique to remove bubbles during docking with the LenSx system (Alcon). When using the LenSx femtosecond laser, applying suction can cause a bubble to become trapped between the interface and the cornea. The bubble can be removed by rocking the patient’s head gently during suction, allowing the bubble to be squeegeed to the periphery and eliminated.
