Capsulorrhexis "Triangle Rip" Technique

Dr. Irwan Tjandra demonstrates an easy-to-learn capsulorrhexis technique, using a cystotome, that can be adjusted whether the rhexis is ​​small or large according to the desired IOL diameter size. First, use the cystotome to make a gentle motion towards a center point, then lift the tip slightly upwards and return it to the starting point. Place the cystotome under the flap tip and lift it up, and then move it to create the desired flap, always following a curved path towards the fixed center point.
