Key fundoscopy signs and the importance of systemic workup, including full body metabolic imaging, are highlighted. The surgeons use chandelier-assisted transconjunctival cryotherapy with a 3D heads-up view and intraoperative OCT (iOCT) to treat all of the patient's hemangioblastomas, irrespective of size and with adequate tissue ablation.
