    Glaucoma, Surgical Management

Drs. Ariana Levin and Arsham Sheybani discuss the case of a patient with chronic hypotony with a leaking scleral wound from a prior surgery. An exposed scleral patch graft and previously placed nylon sutures were removed to relax tension at the wound site. A Seidel-positive leak was identified. Pathologic epithelial cells were debrided and cauterized, and the leaking sclerostomy was plugged with a new scleral patch graft.
