Donor Graft Harvesting with Air for Pterygium

In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Bernardo Moscovici and colleagues demonstrate a new improvement in pterygium surgery: donor graft harvest with air. With the injection of an air bubble, the surgeons were able to dissect the conjunctiva from the Tenon capsule, facilitating and improving the results of autologous conjunctiva grafting.
