In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Courtney Crawford explants a dislocated IOL. He uses a vitrector to aspirate and lift the IOL into the mid-vitreous cavity, and remove the sommering ring. Viscoelastic is added in the anterior chamber to protect the corneal endothelium and lift the IOL through the pupil.
