In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Richard Allen presents how to place glue tarsorrhaphy to retain a conformer. The patient, who is 1 week post-enucleation, cannot maintain his conformer due to edema and lower lid laxity. To secure it, Dr. Allen places the glue along the closed eyelid and leaves it closed for approximately 2 weeks as the edema heals.
