Glued IOL Scaffold for Management of Soemmering Ring

In this 1-Minute video, Dr. Ashvin Agarwal treats a patient with a Soemmering ring. He begins by creating scleral flaps 180-degrees apart, performs a complete anterior vitrectomy, places the IOL inside the eye and fixates it using a glued IOL technique. Dr. Agarwal then phacoemulsifies the ring and closes the procedure with a single-pass 4-throw pupilloplasty.
