    Cataract/Anterior Segment

In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Nicole Fram reviews treatment options for negative dysphotopsia. Although there is no prospective evidence, a retrospective study in the January 2018 issue of the Journal of Refractive & Cataract Surgery showed that certain strategies can help patients with this condition. Dr. Fram explains that surgical interventions such as reverse optic capture, piggyback secondary IOLs and ciliary sulcus posterior chamber IOL exchange have each shown promise in improving or even eliminating patient-reported symptoms.
