In this 1-Minute Video, Dr. Arsham Sheybani repositions a toric IOL in a glaucoma patient who experienced recurrent inflammation after cataract surgery. He used a TRAB 360 device to cannulate the Schlemm's canal and strip the trabecular meshwork. Instead of replacing the IOL, Dr. Sheybani tucks the haptics underneath the capsular bag, but leaves the optic above the capsular bag, to complete reverse optic capture. The patient did extremely well after the procedure and was able to stop taking steroid drops and glaucoma medication.
