    Dr. J. Morgan Micheletti manages a patient who presented with seven clock hours of zonular loss and a displaced crystalline lens. Removal of the lens and successful IOL fixation without any vitreous loss are made possible by combining multiple tools and techniques: femtosecond laser, iris hooks, and capsular tension segment and ring (CTR) along with horizontal chop, bimanual irrigation and aspiration, the double flange technique, and the belt loop technique.
